They need to make it do some damage, that way you can build the standard proc items like soul reaver, glad shield, bluestone, etc and it actually deal relevant damage just like they did with her taunt

It's kinda weird that this aspect ult incentivises your team to attack the targeted enemy because that could prevent your teleport if they die. But I guess it is a form of supporting from anywhere on the map?

I feel like dealing damage on ult could be good, but to be honest I'd rather it have different buffs/debuffs instead, so when using defensively on a teammate, You would get the usual, but when teleporting to the enemy, You get more bruiser/damage dealer focused buffs or applying debuffs, like a movement speed, her passive buff and activation, some reduction of cooldown perhaps, slowing the enemy.. ofc. not necessarly everything at once, but this way she would be more interesting and ult would be ont only much more usable on duel, in conquest scenario, she could also be able to function as a sort of enemy finisher like NU WA and a ganker. This way You could probably also use her as a decent jungler, maybe solo and would fit her defender/attacker theme with shield and spear being her attributes on top of making her a mystery pick in 5v5 with people having not a freakin clue where she belongs. I always felt that older gods were often weaker than the new ones, and she could use a bit of that new god vibe in her kit.

@hisen3.146 i mean im not mad at them for that, they just wanted to get the game to us as soon as they can. i understand why they did it, (free bug testing is huge for games like this due to how much work goes in to balancing ) so it makes sense also im so glad they didnt add these changes to the first game, they made the right choice to separate the changes from the orginal game that we all love. smite one will be nostalgic one day (kinda already is)
