I love you Grace, I've watched TKOR since I was literally a child so seeing it change from Grant to Nate, then adding Calli, then having you, and dealing with the frustration of Nate and Calli just getting sacked with no warning was an emotional roller coaster no one was ever prepared for and I think a lot of us OG followers just wanted the same stuff that TKOR was known for. For me I think it was just hard to move on from Grant and for him to have taken so suddenly and seeing all the changes suddenly with the channel it felt like we as the fans were not being heard. Which is not your fault. In any way. It is how TKOR handled everything and you got caught in the middle as the host. I often enjoyed your videos but kept feeling that it just was not what I was hoping for under the TKOR channel. I am so excited for this new chapter. I truly think this is best for everyone and hearing that you are happier now and TKOR is coming back around. I truly can't wait to see where you go from here and am so happy to be a part of the Curious Crew!

Hi Grace, Francesco from Italy here! first of all, best of luck for this adventure, it's an awesome idea and I'm sure you'll make a great community! Then speaking of coffee, if the quantity you showed in the cup while you were talking is Italian espresso, I wouldn't advice to drink it all, Espresso has a LOT more caffeine than American coffee and that quantity is just too much for anyone! Also if you are looking for good coffee beans I suggest to try illy, it's on the pricier side but I love them!

I wish you all the luck. It is too hard to start on KZbin now even for known influencers that didn't have an own successful channel before. But you are in the USA and the lead there has a different mechanism. And it is nice to know that you are a certified scuba diver, as I do. If you come to Ecuador ones for a visit with your boyfriend, let me know. Diving here is amazing. I am planning to go soon to the Galapagos to dive with the Galapagos Aguanas and other unique animals.

Questions: Is spontaneous human combustion real? And if so, how does it happen? Can it be prevented? Is there scientific evidence? I'm not scientific but I always wanted to understand what is the deal with bacteria living inside of our digestive system? How does it get there? Why is it there? What's the difference between "good" and "bad" bacteria? Does taking probiotics or eating certain foods actually help with the "good" bacteria?

I'm very interested on weather and science. I love watching storms, taking pictures of storm clouds, and even recording the storms and sharing them on youtube whenever storms are in my area. I've even sorta learned how to read radar a bit. Even with that though I'm not sure how to convince my parents that it's not a waste of time to have a love and interest for it and to want to eventually have a career with it. I'm 14, by the way.

If you want to take your espresso/coffee to a new level, get a small batch roaster, order some raw coffee beans and start experimenting with different temps, lengths of roasts, origin of beans, etc. Fermented beans, vs traditional dried beans, South American vs African, first crack, second crack, city roast and more.

Also, if your espresso machine can do different temps and pressure, experiment with those. I had a barista I loved that could take a single origin bean, roasted to the second crack, and just with temp and pressure when pulling a shot could bring to the front completely different notes from that exact same bean.

I'm a BIG fan & have been enjoying TKOR for a few years I was just curious why most(if not most a pretty good chunck) of the globe changes time when I ask everybody always we have the time change because farmers but I never understood how come one profession out of them all is allowed to disrupt EVERYONE twice a year. I'm unclear, is this TKOR's second channel that they are employing you to host or is this your channel? Having a whole team working on a new channel is ambitious - even if it is successful, it's going to be a long time before it makes enough money to pay even one person. I don't think you are going to have long enough to succeed before you have to abandon the channel if you are burning cash by having a whole team working on it...
