Supposedly it will help performance because it turns all bases into prefabs. Currently is fully renders all bases within I think 5 tiles... but it's the full 3d models plus everything inside. Now they can make it so only very close bases fully render and the rest are just 2d pictures.

My idea would be...you solo raid a clan base, need to leave without going into the compound so you climb to the roof...ladder to the windmills then jump off. Then get summarily pounded by the SAMs.

These don't really help as much in raiding clan bases due to SAMs. Also, homing rockets = 2k+ scrap wasted. For solos though...parachutes can get you out of tall monuments silently, but the obviousness and slowness of it adds even more risk.

The thing about chopper raiding is that you're super vulnerable unless you build some corny base around it to raid from. Otherwise you can get picked off like a fish in a barrel and then your all your rockets are just sitting out in the open.

@@AHappyCub you are not wrong, aslong there aren't game mechanics included which would make it harder on them or exclude those that would increase their abilities manyfold due to them already being more. In case of this flying menace, there is a differance if one dude had to wait for reload, or there are just 6 times n rockets comming your way closing your shop in an instant. Even Zerg vs Zerg might become rather boring if they wait till most are offline. Offline is always boring you may say, sure but the reaction time due to the rapid unloading of 6 rockets is the main issue i would see here. 20 players having to reload after every shot or 20 players shooting 6 rockets like this now then maybe having already loaded secondary waiting, while others are only tasked with reloading the landed once, i would think reduces said rection time noticibly.

I got a idea --- a shop on a cliff and you sell parachute to people and tell them to jump from cliff to outpost with it. But the height is to low and you loot them after XD (you will have to make a jumppad of some sort so you can trick them its safe)

I think the price of rockets, how many with one reload and the reload speed will be the main nerfing factors. Also accuracy while moving and how vulnerable you are while you're not moving. As with anything, good luck with large clans, but otherwise I think it can be quite easily nerfed without taking damage for shots fired.
