If Elusive gets changed to borealisk needing a status ailment, doesn't that mean it technically gets beasts slumber? Halved damage taken and regaining health+energy seems really OP on something that isn't obsidrugon

Its not really broken on Borealisk tbh. Obsi is broken because of its resilience AND beasts slumber. Not necessarily the move. Borealisk is managable.
