You're reading it wrong! 90% evasion means you have a 10% chance to evade, you have to read it the opposite way, just like crit. 97% means you have a 3% chance to crit Trust me I'm an engineer

Riolet is a meme character, but if you really one a more useful of the two, yeah ml pavel, not only for farming but a definite chance to proc his passive after two crits than praying that rng doesn't slap you in the face

If you want to play rta and you're not a cleaver Riolet is better for that, he's a solid 4/5th pick dps when your opponent hasn't picked a counter for him yet. If you cleave or don't care about rta and want fast farm teams and a solid arena and gw unit, cpavel is better for that.
