I did this and after 8 minutes, my eyes started watering. By the 11 minute mark, some tears just flowed. I didn't fully understand why that happened, but I felt quite relaxed and relieved afterwards. I was afraid to try this at first but it was actually quite wonderful.

I will start doing this. I have been through so much childhood trauma that I'm an adult with so much anxiety, worry and depression that I barely feel I'm an adult. Time to love myself!

Mirror work hugely underrated in personal development and when I practice this the shifts are really amazing. Louuse has gifted the world with many practices and awarenesses to help us love ourselveslife changing stuff!!!

I've been told by professionals that you need to heal internally first before trying affirmations, in order for it to work. Those who are traumatised or holding baggage need to heal first

Mirror work is a excellent healing practice, just try it is all and I guarantee you won't look and treat yourself the same... Love thyself, be truthful with the image you see and convert your mind....this has truly helped me and will others as well, that's a promise....

Just finished reading this book. I bought it yesterday and here I'm less than 24 hours from purchasing it and already finished reading it. Such a wonderful light-hearted book. Just like all of Louise's work.
