You know what is funny, if you submit a ticket with proof of someone doing this, discord will assist you if you plan on filing a law suit against X user. this is true, but we can only hope they dont have a backup/repos of the servers upto date files, so at the minimal we can hope the server is terminated without prior warning and they have to roll back their files abit- also maybe dependent on their host, fivem may be able to do something to stop the same person using the same server host- but its pretty unlikely as alot of server providers now do come with things to protect who the owner is

Its technically called DOSing not DDOSing. DDOS stands for Distributed Denial Of Service and is used for much bigger things like a businesses website that has multiple servers to keep the website up, the DDOS is distributed across multiple attacks points onto multiple servers. If this script kiddy doesn't have a bot net which is highly unlikely it wasn't a DDOS it was just a DOS, one computer attacks another and denies its service. Even then you can just reset your WiFi router to refresh your IP and the DOS attack vanishes. DOS and DDOS attacks are actually nothing compared to having your personal details doxxed by a damn GTAV and Discord Moderator. Bro must have such an interesting life 💀
