I am also one of those not-so-competitive gamers - I want to win a Co-op or Solo game, but I don't usually want to destroy my competition when I'm playing against human players. I like the problem solving and social aspects of board games, and while I don't mind winning, I'm not consumed by it either. Games are an experience, not just a victory condition. :)

Thanks for the review. I agree, highest score is not as much fun as win/lose. The best solo experience I've had recently is with Treasure Mountain. You play against 2 automa and they are tough! I lost to both of them, but had a great time.

As you were talking about your beef , I was literally typing into the comments to create a threshold of objectives, where if you lose 3, for example, you lose the game.

Yeah, I hate "beat your highest score" solo games. At the very least, they should have score tiers (0-10: You suck. 11-20: amateur. 40-50: You're the best, around!)
