Regrettably, the product has not lived up to my expectations. The real-time functionality is unreliable, and the noise interference is quite noticeable. Furthermore, the generated voice does not accurately reflect the source voice. To address these issues, I reached out to customer service via email. Disappointingly, I have not received any response yet. This lack of engagement further adds to my concerns. I am hopeful for significant improvements in the product’s performance and the responsiveness of the customer service.

You are playing with fire if you do. You can use it like it is here where it would fall under "fair use" because you're showing people how it is used. However, if you use it for just regular content and particularly in a fraudulent way, like having another voice off screen sound like they are promoting your product or engaged in an interview, you'll likely lose that video at the very least.

No, you can download someone's voice or image and it isn't illegal. Any time you browse, whatever you see is being downloaded to your cache anyway and the internet wouldn't work without this. Where you run into illegal activity is when you either commit fraud with it or use it for commercial purposes, with some very specific exceptions such as parody or "fair use".
