What do you use on your skin for skin care? I struggle with acne and darkspots
@simplysiaxxАй бұрын
@@britneyt9253 Genuinely, once I improved my diet, cut out ultra processed food, cut out seed oils, my skin became so much more even and bright even whilst keeping the EXACT same skincare routine-so that would be step one. For my skincare I use the most basic face wash and moisturiser I can find which has minimal ingredients and no fragrance because I noticed that used to give me loads of bumps on my face. After cleanser, I use a centella serum, then moisturise, then SPF (I wear sunscreen every single day, even in the winter). The only other product I use on my face is tretinoin, which is an AHA chemical exfoliant. I use this maybe 2-3 times a week and that definitely helped even out and brighten my skin tone A LOT. Hope this helps 💗 Mwah xx

Even if we are not fat, so what do you recommend us to do for the ugly ones and not attractive neither magnetic men?
@simplysiaxxАй бұрын
@@alex10ironbird I'm a firm believer that no matter how poor your genetics may be, by striving for health, you will automatically look more attractive and have a more magnetic vibe. Health looks good on everyone, so ensuring your diet is in check (avoiding ultra processed food, consuming animal proteins etc), making sure you have good hygiene, grooming/skincare routine, clean white teeth will easily improve your aesthetics. To improve your appearance you can choose to invest either time or money, so it's upto you whether you go down the cosmetic enhancement route or the 'looksmaxxing' route-or both🤷♀️ P.S a lil confidence goes a long way :) Honestly I could write paragraphs in response to Ur comment haha but keep in touch cos I'm planning to post a video with specific steps to glow up 💕

I dunno, it depends what you want to achieve.

@@OJASCKI I mean you can't deny-it definitely provides leverage 🤷🏽♀️

@simplysiaxx Looking good can help certain aspects of life sure. The flip-side, being overly critical of yourself can hold you back. I can think of many examples of achieving success where looks doesn't play a factor. I think being, and presenting as healthy, is ultimately what matters. Sweeping generalisation but, I find people obsessed with their looks tend to lack substance and are often overly critical of others. Obviously I enjoy pretty people but I tend to find myself avoiding "try-hards".
@simplysiaxxАй бұрын
@OJASCKI Yes! Completely agree with not being overly critical-looks may paint the picture,but there is still a bigger picture none the less.

I think every thing you say is true and you are blunt but sometimes you say somethings that are very insensitive. I am a skinny person but I found it disturbing how many times you brought up being fat.
@simplysiaxxАй бұрын
@@LoveAyu I know sometimes I can come across a bit blunt, however that's partly because of my personality and also because sometimes you just have to say something how it is and not lay it down gently. The reason I brought up being overweight is because I grew up living my life like that and thinking that I was simply meant to be ugly because of me being overweight, when in reality, I DID have the power to do something about it. I also brought up losing weight because, A. We live in a harsh and fatphobic world where a lot of people, especially in the business world/workplace won't give you a chance because of that one thing, and B. Losing weight and truly prioritising your health will completely shift not only your physical health, but more importantly your mental health. Health is wealth, and without good health, we are nothing. Without good health, we are surviving but I wanna LIVE life.
