There are some dudes with whom you need to be careful even when they throw lazy jab... The guy who I am sparring in this video is one of them!

Looking good bro just one thing when you re enter the exchange you are too direct and he was waiting for you to re enter the centreline try to mix some foot feints to misdirect your intentions so you can instead be in position to be the guy to fire a punch first during exchanges. ❤ Just watched the second round and that's what you were missing in the first good foot feints you got him thinking in that round well done bro!

Artem bro someone needs to tell your sparring partner to calm down , as others said he is way to aggressive, no one learns anything sparring that hard you looked good though my friend nice body shot and ggod defence maybe create a few more angles but other than that's nice work dude.
