Am a security guard. Brandon's wacky and chaotic on-camera but he's a professional, as you can tell by the quality of his videos and that he made sure that the real security's faces weren't on camera. I'd say he most certainly did have permits to shoot but security wasn't notified so they were just doing their jobs. For the scenes with security I'd say he whipped out and showed the permits to the security guard asap but then said "would you mind saying we can't film here again but I'll respond in character? We won't show your face or any identifying features"
