“YOU CAN’T FINISH THAT” BURNING HOT CHILI CRAB CHALLENGE! Massive Spicy Seafood Challenge

The ultimate SPICY SEAFOOD CHALLENGE! Today we take on a giant Chinese seafood challenge featuring softshell crab (famous chili crab), spicy chili fish, soup dumplings (xiao long bao), peking duck, and more delicious Asian food items! We had 45 minutes in order to get the meal free, otherwise we would be paying the $200 price tag! Chili Crab USA is the only Hong Kong style restaurant in the Boca Raton area and features many authentic Chinese flavors and authentic Chinese dishes! The flavors were exceptional and this was a VERY spicy chilli crab challenge! In some of the dishes like the chili chicken, there were so many chili peppers in the dishes although they were not actually required to be eaten as they use a non-rehydrated dehydrated pepper which remains very hard and typically isn't eaten. However, not eating them is easier said than done!! There were also dumplings, specifically xiao long bao which are very popular and tasty. Can we defeat this giant food challenge? Despite its name, chilli crab is only mildly spicy, and is often described as having a flavour that's both sweet and savoury. The crab is divine but the sauce is the star-sweet yet savoury, slightly spicy and supremely satisfying and usually made with Dungeness or mud crabs.

We have lovely soft shell crabs 🦀 in SETX. Being right next to Louisiana, the preparation of our soft shell crabs is generally pan fried with a light breading and awesome Cajun sauces ! So try soft shell crabs with one of the many ways of preparations
