@Eternity With Christ i definetly understand and agree with where you are coming from. Thats why prayer is sooooo important. When you pray and walk in discernment, the Lord will let you see their true nature long before you get into a serious relationship. We just have to listen and trust that God kniws what He's doing.

Walking away has been the hardest thing I've had to do. It's hard to walk away from a man you love but I did it. Two weeks later he contacted me. Told him to leave me alone. I want a committed relationship, he say's he's not there nor ready yet. Told him I want him to be happy and if his version of happy does not include me so be it,... however I cannot have him in my life. Told him to take care.

Great points, I agree. The majority of us have wasted some major time. Now, I'm investing in myself by building my relationship with Jesus and Heavenly Father so that I can be the right women when I find the man for me. I need to be who my future husband is LOOKING for first, I really think. And knowing the traits of a godly man is key too. The book of Proverbs is a great place to start in order to find what traits we as women need to have (Proverbs 31) that woman described in there is a powerful and feminine boss lady! 😊 PS. I don't believe there is just one guy for us and he's like a needle in a haystack that we're trying to find. I think there are many men available who are suitable for us. We just have to pick one based on the positive biblical male traits.

Same situation I just left. He craves "love" and no matter how good I was to him, it was never good enough. It was like he had the opposite of rose colored glasses. He had love blockers on and blamed me like there's something wrong with me. He's a narcissist grown boy that focuses on negativity and people from his past that "hurt him". But its all a life of victimhood and everything is everyone else's fault.

There are very intelligent men who have deep rooted problems stemming from their past who find it difficult to transition. It is sad because the empath (or person on the receiving end) is unable to alter their toxic behaviour and it becomes a journey for the toxic person to seek out therapy to assist them in facing their deep rooted issues. Unfortunately not many toxic people choose this path causing their cognitive behaviour to worsen. Help and support is required but they must seek it for themselves. God bless!

@annisaw66
@annisaw66 5 жыл бұрын
I have to agree and add on to this. The medical conditions that your first son have are NOT a direct result of the “sins” you feel you did in the past Mr. Gaskins. Many many couples who has multiple children can say that their first born took things relatively harder than their younger siblings did. One of the biggest reasons why is because they were learning how to become adults, becoming parents, on top of adjusting to a balanced home family life. I do believe that because you feel a sense of shame and responsibility, the deep love and FAITH you and your wife have together TRANSCENDS through that shame. As a result, that love and that faith manifests through your son as part of his character today. Which is why your son demonstrates GRACE, healing, strength, and comfort in times when you and your wife may feel bad. Y’all done need to forgive yourselves now. You hear me..? (Imitating Tony☺️😉).

@ Pearlie Carpenter your assessment, discernment and posted response to Tony's message is enlightening and I agree. I listen to many of Tony's comments and have picked up a slight air of shame from his past youthful behavior. I understand, we're human and when we've done wrong and change, we feel multiple feelings reviewing the past, i.e., sadness, guilt, condemnation, and during personal growth, eventually joy from being set free by doing the work to heal and help others with love. He's an amazing and awesome teacher. Point blank PERIODT

Smh as a Christian woman, I feel as though my beliefs were taken advantage of by a “Christian narcissist “. He was everything in the beginning and had red flags but I felt they would go away. He’s controlling, jealous, vindictive, a liar, he smeared my name to his family, selfish, arrogant, abusive phyiscally, emotionally, mentally, prideful....He caught me walking out of a marriage so I was perfect prey. He was soft spoken, clean cut...etc we are both in the military and both getting after it. He’s a functional alcoholic, He deflected, his faults were mine. His family always took his side. Now Im just healing and pending the divorce. God has given me a support team and the Bible and it’s gotten me far. Thank you Jesus for the word.

"You can't drown me...because I taught myself how to swim. (51:44)" That's gotta be my new favorite quote right there. Tony I've recently became single. Before I came across your channel, I did not have a lot of confidence in how I was going to approach dating, nor did I have a lot of confidence in myself. Your videos have helped inspire me to see my self-worth and my beauty from God's eyes. And rather than focusing about when I'm going to find my person, God's helping me find ways to love myself. And as I'm learning to love myself, beautiful things are slowly opening up to me. I'm not worried anymore about when I'm going to find my person. I've got peace it'll happen at the right time. Again, thank you for this video! I share your videos to my girlfriends when I can. If they're struggling with their partner about something, there's usually a topic that you've covered that I can share with them. Heck, I've even shared it to a couple of guys! Anyways be blessed Tony! God is good. Much love to you and your family!

I just told my fiancé yesterday he needs therapy because he has been abusing me and he always have an excuse to manipulate and lie even in little to big things like faking a car accident. But doesn’t want to acknowledge that there is something wrong with him. I cannot help him but am the one losing my mind. On the brink of leaving crazy people for my own mental health.

Rebellion is deeply rooted, Tony has given us so much game for relationships or what works and what doesn’t and it’s still justification for other people’s actions to hold on to just a piece man 🤦🏾‍♀️

Amen Tony we are to never compair our selves with no one and if you genuinely love someone they are worth the work and fight don't just give up we all have issues no one is perfect but may be worth it and stand for something don't fall for anything me I can't settle for less I need what God has for me!!! Praying for us all that's the best thing you can do for anyone!!! He really said a mouth full when he said his wife didn't fix him she stood for something and God changed him for his purpose also that he's not in love with his calling but he doing it is what I'm struggling with so I understand we all have a purpose from God instead of judging others find yours and the rest will be added to you!!!

Hi Toni, Wow! This message was truthful, spot on regarding the consequences of our sins, insightful and transparent. I always enjoy your videos; but I think this one tops the ones I've seen. You are indeed serving in your calling. I can see it! I am pride of you for taking on your mantle; and moving full speed ahead. And I look forward to meeting you this week in Atlanta. Peace & Blessings! Be blessed. 👍

Is he humble enough to receive your influence and is he open to and showing signs of looking for change. Is he showing that he wants to be a better man. Is he receptive when you mention something to them in love or do they completely close you out and try to stone wall you? These are things you have to look at. If the answer is no to all except the stonewalling then this is not a person who is ready to level themselves up. Use your intuition not other peoples situations, it is there to protect you. For real, for real God may not have called you to that mission, accept that and move on. Walk away quickly, or as Tony says put your track shoes on!

Another awesome, amazing teaching Mr. Gaskins...I am a firm believer that you can not fix a man but God coupled with prayer. A women MUST uphold her standards, morals and move out of way to allow God to do what ONLY HE can do in that man. I'm presently on my 2nd time around and have a made up mind that if God can't do it....it won't be done. This particular teaching brought great CONFIRMATION and loads of laughter too. Keep doing what you have been called, graced and anointed to do. God bless you both.
