That was a fun interaction despite attempt to discourage the drone flight. ⭐⭐⭐⭐👍 NTT Data hosts page for the Hemel Hempstead Data 4, can schedule a tour and download the spec sheet with pics. They note 4800 m2, 12 MW IT in phase 1 completed Dec 2021 followed by phase 2 adding 9800 m2 and 24MW IT total capacity. Site uses 100% renewable energy. This is NTT's 7th data centre. In addition NTT hosts pages and pics for Hemel Hempstead Data 1 (grey and black off Boundary Way), 2 (older brick & glass building off MaylandAve) and 3 (orange building Spring Way campus). Great Job to NTT on repurposing buildings for data centres!

I'm sure I heard one time that some companies just allow their energy consumption (even waste emissions I think as well) etc to go over legal restrictions and pay the fine as though it's a tax.
