To my tastes, that other guy is a loose cannon. He didn't add anything & he was just too mouthy with the Dibble.
@NoneyabusinessokАй бұрын
This is what happens when people lie to the police because they can't get you to move away from the public area outside their property. Now this is where a complaint against the company, the police and a lawsuit for compensation goes in. This will then make those cops who came out and handcuffs people so quickly to think twice. Hand cuffing innocent people is not ideal. And when police are called handcuffs are the last thing a cop is meant to use. They are meant to approach with caution and see how the situation arises. If needed handcuffs will be needed.
@StephenPurkissАй бұрын
Weird because I thought I would feel the same, however, seeing those schoolboys in the company laughing and joking about I can imagine what kind of call the guy gave to the police, and the guy who cuffed him explained quite well why he did what he did. The guy who called the police clearly did it deliberately, whereas the police rocked up not knowing the situation at all. For all we know, the guy could be a nutcase and be carrying weapons, he certainly talks and acts like it a lot from what I've seen over the last few days. I don't personally think lawsuits against the police is justified here, but that's just my 2p.

News Now Yorkshire nearly got tased in City Of London when off duty cop lied and saod they had a knife. No knife found LOL Finally got a few hundred compensation. False report to police should be serious offence.
@NoneyabusinessokАй бұрын
@@StephenPurkiss lawsuits against the police are truly justified. Clearly you have never really looked in the internet and seen how the cops behave. As news no w Yorkshire said he was nearly tased. The aggression the police had towards him and his pal that day was bad. And all based on a lie. Take a look at his video and you will see. I grew up in Northern Ireland and the police have weapons, not just a sidearm. They had machine guns, and the situations in Northern Ireland I would say were much much worse than England. Considering there were terrorists. And I have seen many encounters and know many many police officers. And they never rolled up with that attitude towards people. Yes they came with caution, assessing the situation every second. But did not handcuff people like in this video. They were wiser, smarter police officers who had to have a very good education before applying, unlike in England. And then their training was intense unlike in England. That's why you never heard an English voice in the Northern Ireland police back in the days. But I heard many Irish voices in the English police. And just like any company that sells you something that's broke you get it exchanged or compensation for it. When the police abuse their powers. They have to pay. Unfortunately their disciplinary procedures are useless. So it's in the form of money. And regardless of how a person behaves to another. When they report a crime, they don't lie. That for a start makes the situation worse..look at America and Europe where cops have guns and they are not as well trained as the PSNI..they end up killing an innocent person. We have already seen the situation over the last few months with a two tier system. And when a person has a knife and uses it..what do we hear? Mental health isolated incident. The cops are that good they can assess a person's mental health in 10 seconds. That's why there is no need for heavy handed cops. Whether he had a weapon or not. Because they now have tasers, stab vests and plenty of cops to every incident. ( Unless it's a burglary) If you treat people aggressively from the start, expect them to be that way. But these 2 proved that they were good people regardless of what words were said. Actions are what people do to harm not words.
@StephenPurkissАй бұрын
@@Noneyabusinessok you pose a good case and it’s true, my standards for what the level of policing should be have fallen to such low levels and given the way some of the public act today I tried to justify the two. A better trained force may have given a better situation - I’m unsure court action is the answer though. It may be a necessary step to take right now, but will it solve the problem in the long run, and if not then what cos there seems to be a big problem at the moment of people thinking clicking petitions and commenting is doing anything, and I get the irony as I type 😂
@NoneyabusinessokАй бұрын
@StephenPurkiss petitions Dr not work. We have seen that many many times. Politicians don't listen as well. We see that everyday. But training in everything the government does needs to start fresh. The NHS is a mess, throwing money is not the answer. The civil servants are mostly a k. But it's those who are higher up the ranks that need to be vetted more now. We have civil servants who are on 6 figure maybe 6 zeros as well who actually run the country. They make all the decisions and use whatever government they have at the time to push it all through. And at present with a labour government who don't know what they are doing. The civil services are taking advantage. There is no way we elect politicians and allow them to run the NHS, our finances security etc. That's all big paid jobs and when a mistake is made. They sack or a politician goes and is blamed. We know it's not them. As for the police, well knighthoods for doing your job same as Starmer he got a knighthood for doing his job. Those are the type of people that do not understand the streets. And if you don't understand everyday situations. How can you train people on that? That's why the college of policing which is not a college is in a mess. Bad training leads to bad officers. Make a complaint it's ignored and sent to the police complaints. Those who work there are ex cops. So we expect them to do nothing. And that's why compensation is paid out. Personally I would not take compensation, I would fight it the whole way. As for bad behaviour, that's changed a lot from when I was younger. And I am only 57. Knife crime in London is madness.aybe the likes of the Krays and the gangs stopped the others behaving badly. I know in Northern Ireland the paramilitary stopped a lot of crime. The culprits if caught have a 50/50 choice. Bullets or police. And if a bullet some were shot in the back and never walked again. Not a great answer having the Krays or terrorists as police.. Respect for starters from both, but when the natives see what happened over the summer. Where Muslims, Roma were given a byball and the natives harsh treatment. It's made both bitter towards the police. The Muslims, Roma hate the police while the natives now see how bad they are.. Lots of changes needed in this country and the world.. Words are that just words. Offence is only taken never given. And maybe people should realise if they are offended it's only an offence that will pass. But a beating etc takes longer.

The UK is a little different. There are times you should speak to the police, though you need to judge that carefully, where an instance can't be resolved on the street it can form part of the necessity for the arrest based on the information that they had prior and the need to investigate it. I don't fancy going to custody for several hours because I could have told them I had a go pro handle and a tripod. It doesn't mean you have to tell them absolutely everything but you can afford some civility. Similarly, answering no comment on interview isn't always a good idea either if something goes to court. You want to consult with your solicitors (lawyers) properly and ensure you have representation, in America you have the right to not say anything, in the UK failure to mention something you later rely on in court could harm your defense and so you are incentivised to explain certain things which could clear it up without having to go to court. Although if you are innocent I'd certainly make sure you do get seen by a judge and don't buy into any guilty pleas or disposals you might regret later on.
@mattinman7143Ай бұрын
@@homeoftheinepttulpagamer once the stop search has been completed here, under PACE Code G what exactly do you believe the necessity would be? it does look like knuckle dusters tho from distance, and also 2 weeks ago that auditor has had a video with other people thinking its knuckle dusters. How can that be misinformation if its two diff videos that think it looks like them? Also that guys approach when he saw him backstep while he was filming was "its only a camera, don't be a Puss-C" that ain't exactly a friendly response to someone you never met before. This is why DJ is better solo auditing they can't match his style of interacting

For all those criticising the other auditor, his sense of humour may be more direct than many, but remember he is Scottish so his lovely accent can make things sound more abrasive. Also, if he gets compensation because of the trolls, he hands it out to people who need it. A good heart underneath the northern banter.
