I been soo depressed man some days I feel helpless and feeling like saying why must I be dealing with this I've been dealing with severe ocd and some days it's bad that my mind fights me and it's like there's nobody who understands I lost my job now back home with a parent and it's got toxic and I fucking hate it man i hate feeling this way and the intrusive thoughts. I'm tired of it and despite it all I don't quit I refuse I refuse I refuse. I'm a veteran in this war now. I will win, I have won I have won, until I have won. Something won't let me quit.

It’s hard to defeat someone who never gives up. Sorry to hear you’ve been feeling down. One important thing to remember about intrusive thoughts is that they are usually thoughts your mind doesn’t want to have but has due to a compulsion else where. Don’t read into it too much and don’t let it get you down. Accept the thoughts and move forward. Soon when you let happen and you become unaffected, they will go away. Don’t attach meaning to something that doesn’t need meaning. Good luck to you!

I think it’s important to remember that not all things are meant to be and one must have faith that if something doesn’t work out it was not meant to work out but you get another dream and you go for that one. There are more failed dreams then dreams that were realized, but for those that realized there dreams went after them after failing at another dream. To know when to let go and try something else is important too but don’t walk away because of anger or “failure” you walk away in peace, thinking okay this was not for me, what else? Where do you go from a failed dream? You go towards another or give up have no faith believe that no one is looking out for you and stay angry and stay as a slave for others and never free yourself because you were to butt hurt that the universe looked out for you and said, “not this one”

I was dumb and played into my emotions, I always thought don't let a girl destroy u but I never experienced it. I just hope none of yall do the same and I know some will say fuck no I ain't gunna do that but when u love her it will take a toll on u
