I regularly order a pizza with ham and mushrooms. Both Ham and Mushrooms are on simpler and more complex pizzas, but some restaurants don’t have this specific combination listed. On a recent trip to our favorite Italian, my sister ordered something that wasn’t on the menu anymore. They still made it for her, as we are there regularly.
