I use the back cap off of a lens. Black, small, works great! My solution was more runny, though, so I could put more of it into the cap.

Oh good idea! The you also have a black base so you don't get the reflection!

That is so cool. Would definitely recommend trying a higher aperture to reduce the focus fall off on the images. Awesome job though :))

That's just due to the light being in the wrong place. Move it backwards a bit more so it reflects in the whole bubble :)
