nice I like the idea of zines , I personally can’t commit to one theme sketchbook ( my adhd wouldn’t let me stick to one unified theme , I end up w many half filled sketchbooks :) so I do separate in studio sketches when not designing architecture,and just stable them and call it trash zines 😂

omg I bet you would like my video about not finishing sketchbooks because I FEEL THIS SO MUCH. Rather than I theme I try to think of a prompt... or a couple to get through finishing one. Also, I promise this sketchbook wasn't all just these drawings 😅 it was a whole bunch of different things and I had to finish it in a little over a month. Hoping to share a sketchbook tour of the full book later this year when it's in a show in Kansas City! Cheers!

@@MelMitchJackArt definitely will check it out , I think what my problem is not what to draw I just have completely different ideas at the same time while I’m already starting one . one thing that helped me a lot is that I started limiting my tools I only use ink pens similar to rotating pens ( the one that u to fill out) now in 3 colors red, blue and green and thats it , i just play w hatching and line weight, and a tiny sketchbook , I found myself more productive w those tools
