No one will ever suprass the person in regards to good deeds, as well having the mercy of Allah, that he had shown mercy to a tiny or big creatures in this world. So, be humble and have mercy on those that has no one to look after, to both the living and non-living.

Yes no amount of good actions/deeds we do can ever make us go to Heaven. Jesus paid the full price of our sins on that cross, so that we can be justly forgiven and granted everlasting life. Mark 10:45 for the son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve and give His life as a ransom for many.
