D/D/D bricks enough with hand traps and other garnets in the deck. I'm not sure what strategy you can play with Unchained being included. Plus, he wasn't using pendulum summoning to use Gryphon's effects.

​@@joel2628we have 3 piri reis map and others, I never feel the deck is bricky, but the end board is what makes it underwhelming. Deviser, sieg and Caesar isn't enough to beat tear.

sadly, you're correct. Tear is broken. Unless D/D's get some solid support, they will never be competitive.

Compulsory Escape Device works well in this kind of deck since you can just chain all of your guys and then your opponent has to shuffle a monster away.

Rulkallos and Reinoheart are water, you'll need an actual Fusion card to make use of them for that. Better off just using Mask Change II to go for Acid directly.

I hope this FloodgateLog villain arc ends soon. Playing jank doesn't mean you need to rely on floodgates. winning with floodgates is just as cringe as winning with sweaty meta decks, it just takes all the fun out of the game.

He is purposely playing a Jank Floodgate tho? He wasnt trying to make a 'Jank' deck work by playing floodgates. He was trying to make a 'Jank Floodgate' deck work. He isnt a meta sheep who relies floodgates for an Anti-Meta or Meta-Conteding deck. Its a large difference.
