Hey Caroline 👋🏾! Thank you for your content. I love the blue outfit. Is it a dress? It looks stunning on you. Keep sparking these conversations. That Rwanda story cuts deep. That's a commitment from a man who for all his faults is right on the money. Give people their dignity, show them that their humanity is precious - and their own purpose, their care for others, their guiding principle, work ethic, service to the common good...will just flow. Culture is from the top downwards - necessarily so.

Facts! Also most people think that just because a certain rental is priced at a certain limit, then it must be nice. Yet there's lack of water, it's dusty, etc. It's such a dangerous mindset to not challenge things surrounding us on a daily.

I totally agree with you Caroline. I really hate those sub standard structures AKA death-traps - can NOT refer to them as homes that rogue developers put up in Kenya. The same really ruin the skyline of Nairobi. If new developers up their game and the building regulators actually do their work , the owners of the sub standard buildings will have no choice but to demolish the same.

Facts 💯 Mutoko! How you do one thing is how you do everything.....let’s elevate how we individually feel and think of ourselves. As a result... we will raise the bar on how we treat others and how we let them treat us in such as dating and or marriage, parenting, business and eventually politics. It’s ALL an inside job.

Thanks Caroline for highlighting this and am in agreement 100% Unfortunately, some developers have taken advantage of customers- they show you an excellent show house just to get you committed in the project only to deliver something below minimum standards. Take for example, KINGS PRIDE developers built Telagen Gardens in Lavington Hatheru Road. The show room looked stunning but upon completion the houses had no borehole water, gym, swimming pool, generator - all which had been promised during construction. The owners had to bring in water tanks to Lavington!! Until they got together to sink a borehole with their own funds. To date, all the pending work was never done and this was in Lavington (carrying buckets of water upstairs). Could you also call out these kind of developers so this doesn’t happen to innocent Kenyans - it’s really bad for apartments that costed 20m. Who can hold them accountable? The developers (Major Karau) is very arrogant and he’s recently gone hiding.
