I have had three in the last few years. First making some very spicy chili I inhaled some of the spices and had a sneeze so violent I threw my back out. Ended up spending my whole vacation getting treatment. Second playing with a Nerf football in the living room with our 5 year old son at the time he ran into me wearing a plastic helmet and broke my nose. The blow was so hard I was knocked out and when I came to there was a pool of blood on the carpet and my son was on the couch crying thinking "I killed daddy." Lastly I broke my hand watching a football game from my couch. I punched the floor out of excitement after Peyton Manning threw a touchdown pass to cap off a huge comeback win against the Chargers.

Oh this made me feel better!!! After a work injury and 8 back surgeries and pushed into disability. I am determined to come alive again but for now I get the chance to keep up with my favorite fun family! Thanks for the chuckles. Much Love Holderness family! !

haha love this!! I broke my ankle in *3* places 3 years ago while I was in nursing school. What was I doing you ask? Just picking strawberries during our annual Spring Break tradition with my son. I ended up having to leave nursing school for a year because I needed 2 surgeries, was bed bound for 2 months (no wear bearing on major broken joints), and in a cast for 7 months, with 5 months of physical therapy. Then developed plantar fasciitis from long term cast use. THAT was the worst part. Thankfully I was able to finish nursing school, but have not been back to pick strawberries since.

Oh, and my son broke my nose when he was 3. My inlaws bought him boxing gloves to match a new gym thing they bought for their 5 boys (including my husband). I had tied one glove and was tying the second. He mumbled something and I looked up to ask him what he said and got a surprised uppercut to my nose. He broke my nose in 2 places.

I can’t even watch people swinging (with the GoPro), nor can I watch people skiing/snowboarding and doing flips…I get motion sickness watching them…how??? My husband pinched his sciatica standing up too quickly in a boat and it shifted on him…he was laid up for a while.

I got caught in a sudden rain heavy dowpour and as I bolted full tilt for the open garage another guy began to roll the door down causing me to hit it full speed at which point I bounced back and landed on my feet backpedalling another 10 feet finally catching myself. I gashed my scalp pretty good but never went to the Dr. We laughed uncontrollably for hours at the big human shaped dent I put in the door.

Hi holdermess I once had a really stupid injury so I was running to get my scooter and I whacked my arm off the side of the fridge and had to go to the hospital because of it I had x rays done and the woman doing them said if there's a position that you can't do just tell me and she told me to put my arm down with the palm of my hand facing up and I told her that it was painful and that I couldn't do it and she FORCED ME TO PUT MY ARM INTO THAT POSITION

Yesterday, ( June 20 2020 ) I had to go to the hospital to get a peice of rusting metal out of my right eye. It didnt hurt tho, my eye was numbed and i was all loopy, I hadent felt a thing, highly recomend geting, Glitter, Metal , etc. Out imediantly!
