This plant named, Ipomea aquatica ou liseron d'eau eb francais, patate aquatique ou kangkong. Elle est aussi appellée Morning glory, kankun, phak bung en thailande, kongxincai en chine, trâkuon au cambodge, rau muông au vietnam.
