So, she plead guilty to the dui, her lawyer got the violence felony changed to without violence misdemeanor and plead guilty to driving on suspended. She got 45 days in jail, 10 years revoked DL, DUI school, 12 mos probation and 2500 fine. 7/24/24. And they took and sold the car. Don't drink and drive, folks, at least not 130 miles per hr.

It wouldn’t matter because they drive with out a license anyway and just get into a different vehicle if a device is put on their vehicle to blow into. That’s what a cousin of mine did, the only thing that kept him sober was the pee testing he had to do every week and losing his big machine license, he drives the big cranes and it’s union so he didn’t want to lose his job. Thank God he has stopped drinking, 10 years now.

More info: She was driving under the influence, which was her third time in 10 years. She was also arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, resisting an officer with violence, and battery on a law enforcement officer. When she dug her nails into the officer and it drew blood, she said, "Good!" She also attempted to grab the officers rifle that was in the front seat. 😳 My heart goes out to her daughter.
