Parental alienation is the process, and the result, of the psychological manipulation of a child into showing unwarranted fear, disrespect or hostility towards a parent or other family members.[1][2] It is a distinctive and widespread form of psychological abuse and family violence-towards both the child and the rejected family members-that occurs almost exclusively in association with family separation or divorce (particularly where legal action is involved)[3] and that undermines core principles of both the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child. Most commonly, the primary cause is a parent wishing to exclude another parent from the life of their child, but other family members or friends, as well as professionals involved with the family (including psychologists, lawyers and judges), may contribute significantly to the process.[1][4] It often leads to the long-term, or even permanent, estrangement of a child from one parent and other family members[5] and, as a particularly adverse childhood experience, results in significantly increased risks of both mental and physical illness for children.

the music reminds me of my gran that died on the 21st on november the music really makes you cry. so if you have a loved one that died if you listen to this music it feels like they are right next to you

i feel forgoten in life no on remembers me my family gets invited to places but no one ever invites me. i always end up alone at home. and at school at any team activity everyone gets choosen but no one ever chooses me im always last at everything. my whole family even my mom and dad and brother had travel somewhere around the world and told me stories about it and im here sitting like when will it be my turn. its been 19 years and still been to nowhere it always been a dream to travel somewhere one day ever since i was 6 :( my life always been sad and lonely and no story of my life to tell

Cookie Bite This makes me so sadden to read this from such a sweet young person, but in saying that, I know It doesn't seem it right now but it can only get better. Try and keep strong and never give up and never stop believing, hope is a a good thing the very best of things, never give up hope. I'm 40 and my life was taken from me at the early age of 23 my illness keeps me from doing almost anything these days, so stay strong and things will turn around for you... And in the rare case they don't, just remember your not alone in it trust me, even if you feel alone where all In that to so many of us. smile though it because tomorrow is another day that where lucky to be around for. 🦄
