Amen and Amen 🙏🏼 Stop making me cry brother, it spoils the dust. 😳 Let me explain. 27 years ago Lady Luminous and I had ceramic tile laid throughout our main floor of our house. It was Emerald green in celebration of The Irish, ☘️ and a lovely tribute it was indeed. Twelve years ago it needed replacing as many of the tiles were cracked, much like the Man of The House, but I distract from the point of the story, as most people with A.D.D. are tend to do. Squirrel 🐿️. We were in a Lowes here in Canada, my brain tells me you have those too, but who knows with the raging A.D.D. if that’s true. Anyways we saw these lovely new tiles that were 90% off, no kidding, and The Woman Of The House says “Donny, me boy, I’ve been asking for new floors for 12 years now, and I know you were in Ministry and had no money, but these are 1980 prices, and if this is not The God Lord’s will, I don’t know what is”. Anyway to cut a long story short, we bought enough tile to do the entire lower floor, and Her Ladyship has been in demolition mode for 2 weeks now. 💥 Don’t get in her way, and forget to curtsy, but it has been a gruelling time of yes dear, and whatever you say dear. Not really, but we’ve removed all the tiles, and the Lady has “angle grinded” all the thinset to the point we’re ready to start the decorating. 👏👏👏 There’s not been too much dust due to The Women’s brilliance in buying a dust shroud and ShopVac™️ Some trickles through, but we’re doing well. Anyway, I have a lovely dust hue now, that the tears just spoil, but I’m so glad for the spoiling. Jesus is our Hope, our Saviour, Redeemer and Promise, isn’t He? No matter how busy we are with life, He stops us in the middle of our day to remind us He gave His life for our Salvation, our Freedom.
