agree but disagree at the same time. The problem with now adays not having the things you said like lets say the coffee machine, with time it will cost you more if you kept buying the coffee outside instead of having the coffee machine at home. likewise the gyms, if you just buy the equipment and keep it in your house it would cost you less money than having a monthly subscription, also would save you time by not changing clothes and taking your car or maybe even public transportation to go to your gym.

You are right, but my point is how regularly you are doing it, if you taking coffee daily then it's more sensible to have coffee machine at your home but if it's something you do once in a blue moon. Then, we have to consider what I have said in video and same goes for gym, painting, gardening and other stuff .. we have limited amount of time to pursue all activities, so why to have all the stuff around us .. which make us feel miserable.

I enjoy the atmosphere of a coffee shop and energy of a gym. I would not be as motivated to workout in a home gym and the equipment would be no where near the quality.
