Oh that's gorgeous. I agree with you about the carpet as you enter the house. I'd have the fire place in the family room and different kitchen cupboards and counter tops. The windows in the whole place make it so bright and airy. I'd perhaps get into that master bath but I'd have trouble getting out 😂. I have mobility issues so I'd either not have the bath or have a walk in one, but they're expensive. Maybe another counter top in front of the window for sitting and doing make up. I'd also like a removable shower head in the shower and somewhere to sit. I feel like I've just said I'd change a whole lot, but I really like this home it's beautiful.

Everything in this home is laid out beautifully. I would add double windowed doors between living room and family room. And, of course, make the master bath accessible - do away with tub and put a roll-in shower in its place.

I LOVE that kitchen! The Butler's Pantry is a big bonus. I have noticed most homes; even stick built, remain plain. I would have to get rid of most the carpet lol. Beautiful home, layout and very good tour!

I like this home a lot. Maybe eliminate the retreat and make part of that space an ensuite for the guest bedroom and make the primary bedroom closet bigger. I'd have to look at the plans again, but maybe also make the guest bedroom's closet bigger. Add a fire place in the living room, maybe on the 45° wall. The rest is good as is. Well except for the carpeting, it's gotta go. OK, I think I'm happy now. The "great" room would be my library. My brother lives with me so he would then have his own bedroom suite and I would have plenty of room for my books (close to 2,000). The overflow could go in the third bedroom. There's something about the layout of this house that's off to me. The placement of the dining area is odd, I would prefer it in the space between the kitchen & the great room. Wow, that kitchen! 😮That's the biggest half bath I've even seen. I love the layout of the 1st guest bath. The master bath is to die for, the tub is so beautiful! 😍 Big water closet!

I love the windows in this home! I personally don't need a sliding door in the retreat ( I would put a large window there) but I can see how it would be lovely to have the sliding doors if there is a patio or garden as part of the retreat where one could relax. Great home!

This is a nice home. It reminds me a lot of another house on a very similar floor plan you did before - Valley Quality Homes, Mansion Series 2836. This Marlette unit gets you into this floorplan for a whole lot less money!

I do remember the other home with the kitchen that had a Cook top in the center island. I wouldn't mind that actually but the rest of the kitchen looks nice. Like the cabinet wood and color.

I would want the fireplace in the Den, in the kitchen I actually think the sink would be so much better at the angle area closer to the stove and the dishwasher could move over with it by one space and I would want a farmhouse sink in the kitchen too. In the pantry I would want cabinet doors put on because as is truly looks like they are missing. In the second bathroom I would want some minor repositioning in different places the towel bar and add more for the sink area. I think I might want a different sink in the half bath. In the master retreat I would want different patio doors instead of just basic sliders. Get rid of all carpet in the public areas just have it in the bedrooms. I like the kitchen except I would want less windows and more upper cabinets.

Fellnin-love with this kitchen!!! Very few cupboards! YES! No need for a step ladder for us short people! Needs a deep (for heavy winter outdoor clothing) front door coat closet ( by the front door), though...like in the double door bdr closet. I don't like the garage/side door in the laundry room. I'd get rid of the shipman in the master bedroom. I'm not a fan of wood beams anywhere in the house. Otherwise, love it all!

The sinks in master bedroom I would have them changed out. I’ve had those sinks in my old bathroom and they aren’t very good. Our drains kept messing up and needed replaced a lot and if you’re trying to fill something up it’s very hard because of them been shallow. Other than that amazing.

It is a huge house. Just not for me. That living room had weird angles. I would just use that area between the kitchen (which was awesome) and the family room for a dining table. I wonder if it had dual pane windows?

It’s nice but odd & strange layout it is nice & big but something about it cries out twighlight zone or Night Gallery the angles & General lay out gives me a minor headache and creepy Oompa Loompa vibe sorry Nate I do like the size and it has some nice features but none of it conects maybe too many architects on same project maybe the general floor plan is just too speratic and Red is just too in your face I garantee that withen two years that who ever accepts that color scheme is going to be so disgusted with it they will be sorry & searching for a contractor to do a major exterior remodel
