I'm seeing rhytm steps when you're exiting range, probably because of the lack of space in the area you're training but it will become a bad habit that will get punished by someone who spars often. try dropstepping and imagine throwing a straight hand as a counter immidiately after exiting range so you know you are ready if they come chasing.

I remember you saying that you wanted to drop some weight. You've been boxing regularly on your channel. How's your weight coming along?

So I ballooned up to 275 at one point about two weeks ago. Checked this morning and I was 262. It’s progress but it’s rough lol.

@@BigNick504 You got this! I feel like boxing is the magic medicine, or swimming. Slowly but surely, you'll shrink down. It gets harder when we're older. But, you're putting in WORK.
