Your narration style conveys knowledge with enthusiasm, a conspicuous absence of condescension, a sort of raw and unabashed fascination that you clearly carried straight from childhood into adulthood, and a diplomatic intent that’s refreshingly apolitical. Not to mention the soothing quality of your voice and an accent that neither conceals nor belies any particular allegiance to one anglophone nation or another. Thank you, Alex, for sharing your blessings with everyone else. That’s exactly how to human correctly.

I loved the episode on Pluto, which became my favorite Planet after that episode. The images and information about Pluto mesmerized me, and made me feel sad about its demotion [That was a big L, sorry Neil, you should have voted to keep the Ninth Planet after all!] Edit: And then all the viewers agree with me!? That's amazing and wonderful, and make me almost as happy as Alex must be about it! I look forward to what the future bring for Astrum and Alex, congratulations on the 2 million subscribers! Not at all bad for a small channel about the wonders of Space, Physics, and our own beautiful, fragile Earth!

My all time favorite was listed as number 4! That is a topic I love, perhaps even more than the one on Voyagers fly by of Pluto! But Pluto has captured our hearts and has been my favorite planet since I was a child. I have always wondered what we would find if we traveled there, and the stunning visuals and incredible make up that Pluto showed, was just mind boggling and amazing and like that kid, I once again, felt the awe of wonder that I felt when I was five years old and learned about the tiny planet we call Pluto. And that happened, because of this channel! Yes number 4 is my favorite, but Pluto stole my heart!

A well-deserved #1 spot. Some of the images you featured in that video about Pluto I had never seen yet, and the one in particular showing the thin atmosphere over the towering ice mountains was just jaw-dropping. I think why it was so stunning to many, especially Gen-X and older, is that we never thought we'd _see_ it. When I was a kid I remember the absolute awe of getting to see Voyager's pictures as the crafts passed by Jupiter, then Saturn and eventually Uranus and Neptune. In the days before the Internet, we'd excitedly await new encyclopedias or science and astronomy journals at the library to see the new images. But... there was some sadness that Pluto would not be among them. Not in the right place at the time, and way too far out, for a long time we figured the best picture we'd get was the ones from the Hubble. Sure, it got demoted to a Dwarf planet since then, but I don't think it really matters in that New Horizons as well as the Dawn mission showed us that Dwarf planets can be just as unique and important as any normal planet. Pluto was/is spectacular, and who knows... with access to space growing cheaper, and probes more powerful, maybe we'll be back there sooner than we think. As for the channel, congratulations - your amazing work, great narration and passion for science shows through on every video. I have no doubt we'll be celebrating your 10 million subscriber mark in a much shorter time than it took for this one. :)

"This is the moon 4k" video is a great one too. Up there like the Sun and Pluto videos, just mind-blowing images. Well done, your delivery and quality of content is always great. The climate video had deep understanding involved, the milankovitch cycles and the timeline of ice ages help those that didn't open the video just to dislike and leave. 😂
