Grinding is now totally useless. For new players it's a nightmare. Grinding a new line, not worth it. Before you are finished, 15 new tanks and mechanics and crew skills are released. You can't get used to playing a certain tank anymore, because within 6 months everything is changed.

Yep, I had 9.1k damage in my Obj 430U, and lost an advance because my AP shell bounced off the side of a one shot EBR, and he hid from me till the time ran out, for the win. They were on defense. My oh my, what a frustrating moment.

Hey Claus - That's a very likely theory regarding aiming vs. snapping. Given the server workload, having an alternate subroutine for players hitting the 'fire' button early would be helpful. You briefly mentioned the Abrams MBT, and yes, it's a total OP beast. For example, similar to Bob's IS-7 game, Google "The Battle of 73 Easting" -it's 26 Feb 1991 in the Gulf War, and US Armored Cavalry units are sweeping eastward into the interior of Iraq. In just one small part of that event, Eagle Troop with 9 M1A1 Abrams takes out 28 Iraqi tanks, 16 APCs, and 30 trucks in 23 minutes, with no US losses. Some have described 73 Easting as the last great tank battle of the 20th Century, and it's a fascinating study for anyone interested in tank warfare.

Claus your theory on snapping shots has a much lower probability if you are driving a German tank than any other nations tanks in the game. The second lowest probability for snapping shots to work are American tanks. When I was playing I played these to nations almost exclusively with only a few exceptions and if I snapped a shot while I was moving 80% of the time my shots would go straight into the dirt just a little way away from me completely outside of the aiming circle at the time. Maybe wargamming just had special parameters for me because they hated me with a passion for pointing out obvious ways they could eliminate all cheat mods if they wanted to. The fact that they allow the cheat mods to me is proof that they are probably creating most of them and making a huge amount of money doing it. These cheaters and wargamming's refusal to implement a simple fix are the reason I no longer play the game. I do enjoy your content for the raw comedy of it and from time to time I briefly consider reinstalling it but I know it is worse now than it has ever been which would make me rage quit again anyway so why would I waste my time with it?

I find it I try to snap a shot with out aiming I might hit 30-40% of the time if I'm lucky. If the shot really needs to count then that number goes down. I also find that 90% of the people the shoot me that don't aim hit. But at the some time I miss a lot to when aiming. This is with a good crew and equipment. Its almost darn it you do darn if you don't. But when war gaming lifts it rng penalty (that they claim they don't do wink wink) off of me I normally end up destroying everyone.
