Keppy screaming at the bird. He really wanted to voice his opinions XD That ice cream-raspberry-banana combo looked really good, actually! Might try that for myself sometime.

In my head, Kepler's saying 'CAN YOU BELIEVE THE AUDACITY OF THIS BITCH?! JUST WALKING UP HERE LIKE HE OWNS THE PLACE?! YOU SEEING THIS SHIT?!' The sheer indignation of Kepler is pretty adorable, tbf. 💖

2:09 EPIC Keppy yell. ^_^ This is what my dog does, every time an animal appears on the television. (He doesn't sound quite so cute.) Hang in there, Mal! You are a trooper and I hope you are doing much better as of today.

Your doing really well Mal, especially getting off the Oxi as that stuff can be far to addictive for anyone's good!! #TeamMal Also good too see Kep is defending his house from the bird menace, may it never again enter the House of Georg

It can be especially difficult to steer away from the oxy when you're in immense pain.. I know from experience
@terracat843 жыл бұрын
@@TsunamiKitten56 Agreed, don't have immediate experience but my dad was on it after surgery for throat cancer and got addicted, took a long time to wean him off. Also lost an uncle too it after his arm got caught in machinery at work....so while never been on the stuff have seen how hard it can be to get free even when your doing the right things, especially if you have an addictive personality. Sorry to hear it gave you a run as well, here's hoping everything has worked out alright on your end ❤

Man some great moments in this episode! Kepler screaming, that banana-raspberry ice cream, and Mal getting better! I haven’t said much on the previous vlogs, but I have been watching them all and am very glad to see Mal’s day-by-day improvement, even if there’s probably some unsavory things we’re not hearing. #TeamMal

Kepler’s reaction to the bird on the feeder reminds me of the way my own cat tries to do the same thing when she sees a bird outside. Except she tries to imitate a bird chirping instead of outright meowing like he did. Still it’s cute!

Kepler screaming at the bird reminds me of whenever my dog sees anyone pass by the front garden. Gotta love animals taking the floor to warn about trespassers. All the best to both of you again. Enjoy plenty of ice creams and sandwiches and keep things moving. :)

We had a similar experience with opiods after my wife's surgery. She stopped taking them after about 6 days, so that she could better regulate her activities that caused pain. Go Mal! Also, go Kep for keeping the house safe from the Constant Avian Threat! His vigilance is also cuteness!

I envy People That Can Stop Taking Pain Medication, I have a Progressive Nerve condition, and have a Hydrocodone, Acetaminophen regimen, along with 10 or 11 other meds, just to manage pain, and improve quality of life, however it's something that I cannot ever get off of, and for me I manage by telling my brain that this is what i get, I don't get any more than this, and do I have terrible pain days because of it, yes but It's necessary, and this fall has been BAAD for pain, but I am extremely happy that you are able to get off of, it, and not need it, I know this vlog was 9 days ago, but Good Job Mallory,

Oh my goodness, the keppy conversation reminded me so much of chats I have with my dog when she barks at the neighbor dog. 😂 “Yes honey, he’s barking. Isn’t that rude? Are you very upset? It’s okay. Can you bark a little quieter? Thank you. Be the bigger doggy, you don’t need to scream back.” Happens daily lol

So glad to see Mal is recovering well! I actually work as an acute inpatient rehabilitation nurse and I often feel like the queen of Tylenol with the amount I sling out to my patients (within doctor's orders of course). But they're getting 3 hours of rehab 6 days a week so they are usually pretty sore so it's understandable. Stephen you are doing a fantastic job helping Mal but remember you need to take care of yourself as well. It's hard to take care of others if you don't also take care of yourself, I know this from experience. Sending love to you both

You're rocking it Mal! Good on you for getting off the oxy pain meds. Heck, I was prescribed those for my knee surgery long time ago and they made me so nauseous. I ended up taking Tylenol for arthritis. Kepler being a good kitty defending the house! He's telling those birds! :D

The way Kep spoke to that bird, lololololololol 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 And yes, the cat spoke! That meowing sounded a lot like Kepler was actively speaking to the bird, lol, but lordy, if Kepler didn't give that bird a piece of his mind...😳😳🗣🗣🗣 That got me good. 😂😂 Also, get well soon Mal! Talking about the opiod made me think of my grandfather. He has been on oxycodone and fentanyl patches for over a decade and he is definitely addicted. He had norco as well but that got taken away when he went into hospice. He can't hold himself up and is in constant pain from his back and left shoulder from a pinched nerve but he also has scoliosis, degenrating disc disease, and osteoporosis. It is hard to see him that way but I wish we could do more than just the pain medicine since he is so addicted.

Keppy reminds me of my cat though mine is a bit younger. While my other one is a lot older. But the younger one would chirp at the birds and meow. She’s also kind of a spoiled brat. But I love her and I’m sad I needed to leave her for college.

Good for Mal for getting off the prescription drugs so soon. That’s what I’ve always done too. Within a couple days I’m taking Advil only. She looks like she progressing steadily. And yes, being able to judge if you’re overdoing is is a huge plus for stopping the drugs as early as possible 👍🏼

I have a moderate/high fear of pain killers/muscle relaxers. It ramps up my anxiety and maybe makes me feel out of control? Like I can’t judge what’s going on in my body? It’s hard to explain but I avoid pain killers unless it’s too much. I haven’t had surgery past wisdom teeth removal though so I wouldn’t know how to judge it then. I think it’s just a sensory issue for me
