The energeries have been extreme and heavy. I'm trying to listen to my intuition more than my emotions to respond to everything but it gets hard to distinguish when everything is happening at once. I know im upgrading myswlf too so everything in my life is taking a shift and its so overwhelming so dealing with this connection on top of everything else is like a complete sensory overload but its how its meant to happen. My guides know i need it to happen in a very dramatic way or i won't push through it so I know I have to keep my footing the best I can through it and everything that is happening is with purpose. I am grateful for all that I have and am receiving know matter how painful it is right now. I know its for my highest good

thank you LIZ. i could resonate with this. hoping this was for me.... only a matter of time. You talking about your wedding incident and how you would do things completely different now, now that you have matured spiritually.... reminds me of how i am handling things atm.... wow, amazing how we do learn and change. Its almost like i have thought about loosing the fear and focus on the knowing, which is what you have said throughout the years, and by thinking that this is my new way of handling things when i come across confrontation, (altho in the past my first involuntary reaction was of physical pain due to confrontation - literally felt like i was run over by a truck and had to roll out of bed the following day and of course the conscious feeling of dread, etc )... NOW i actually am in a more confident and less anxious/fearful (FOMO- will i ever see him again) way.... like i am going down a road that is well worn (in my head) but not travelled on, in the past... now i take that road with familiarity. so i can only say a huge big thank you LIZ for giving alternative options of handling situations.... having some control and knowing, this TF story is an eternity kind of thing.... it isnt supposed to be all sorted within the year.... have patience and it will all work out. 💚💚💚
