Since then I have never had panic attacks again.* _Pray every day and do fasts and penances._ Believe me, please, I say this from my own life experience... It's been 2 years since I've had these panic attacks anymore. Other clue: *read spiritual lectures/books (catholics books, especially).* And Bible, of course.
