Chinatsu is like 10 times better character than Hina and Chintasu along with Taiki are the soul of this story, Chintasu herself encompasses everything this story needs, from everything admirable, to fitting into the whole narrative, the romance only makes sense with Chinatsu, also because she is the one who makes Taiki better. Isn't it too obvious that Chinatsu is literally the one and only true love of the protagonist?

I haven't seen the show, but I'm expecting the friend to have some sort of crush on the main character. The whole trying to help their friend get over feelings, but then they realize they can't so they confess. Then it leads to a critical moment where theirs a climax, etc. Maybe not, could be different but wanted to throw out an idea to see if I hit for when the end comes. All in all though, good video!
