body game changed my life. i am dedicated. been dedicated for 4 years going on 5 in january. i’m jacked now and people have so much respect for me and I get compliments from women all the time. i even get accused of using steroids even though i’m 100% natural. the key is to build healthy habits. eating right, cardio, sleep, etc. those things will help your gains skyrocket if you supplement it with lifting. i see too many dudes going through the motions and not making any progress after a while.

Exercise has to be a lifetime commitment. You have to stay sexy FOREVER. Women will always test your strength, and challenge you to be better. It's in their nature, which isn't a bad thing. It becomes toxic when you are where you should be, but this person nitpicks to belittle you so you conform and become amenable to their opinions.

i tell every person that inquires about my routine or habits that it is NOT EASY. the days with low motivation, the cheat day that turns into a cheat weekend, the body dysmorphia as your body changes, the slow muscle growth, the discipline with eating habits. all while supporting a wife and family and maintaining full time employment. i truly respect all the fit brothers i encounter because i know how hard the struggle is and how easy it is to get comfortable. body game is undefeated 💪

My commitment to the bodygame is REAL in the gym it's me and the weights i don't talk to anyone there are too many other places you can socialize the gym ain't that place for me. - Second thing is BM need to learn what they are prone to do your bloodwork on time a full panel and go for scans from your organs IF you can afford it. -

I told him he was flexing on us. He look like he could step on stage any time. Some men try to discredit him. Said he did some time doesn’t matter. He still put that work in.

I tell folks often that if you're ever depressed or down and out exercise is the best thing you can do imo. It's been so many days I was feeling like crap went to the gym and instantly felt amazing! Not only are you giving your body something back, you're boosting your self esteem and are around like minded people if you're going to a gym. Lazy days are always gonna come but if you can overcome it and hit that workout you'll feel like you can conquer anything. Since getting on body game I walk more confident, look people in their eyes and I can tell when women blush around me lol. They can feel my warmth and I'm not afraid to get close to them in a non creepy way lol. I've had some stare right at my chest and playfully bump me with their hips or push me in a flirty way. Body game brings the beast out of a man :).

Very true about being committed. I've seen people just lose 2 pounds per week and in 6 months they're down 60+ pounds. Body game is very straight forward. I like the guys that worked out in the 50s and then add modern nutrition to it. Best of both worlds.

Rom is right. I won’t lie I fell off recently. Two months. Mostly from relocating from NY to Vegas for job opportunity. So everything in my life was willingly uprooted. But I lost that shine. The tight shirt, strong, masculine posture lol. Lost my muscles. Lucky for me I don’t get fat, I just lose muscle. So I know that 3-4 wks muscle memory will kick in etc. But it happens. I hate that initial comeback. But I love it as well. It’s like a reset. Love the content as always Rom. You’re always on time.

This title was so strong it forced me to workout a couple times I wasn't going to. I'm watching it a weak later. And, there are indeed three body types... They're all seen on the Football Field as the fit/muscular version of that type. Ectomorphs are your DBs and Receivers. Mesomorphs are your Linebackers, Tight Ends, Fullbacks, Running Backs, some QBs, most Defensive Linemen, and some Interior Linemen. Endomorphs are the carb sensitive Offensive Tackles and other Linemen who are long armed/legged with a belly. Had a powerful workout earlier and I'm currently fasting. I figured out how to continue my walking lunge routine indoors. Dips and toes are tomorrow... Also, fatloss long term is centered around lifestyle changes. Everyone battles to lose the same twenty pounds. Lifestyle changes allows you to keep off five or more pounds a year.

Hey Rom: You mentioned part of the following in the video, but would you say that the key to keeping the digestive system clear is to consume plenty of fiber and (as you stated) drink plenty of water? My understanding is that fecal matter is primarily made up of fiber and water. I know that fiber is only present in plant-based foods (fruits, vegetables, beans, legumes, nuts). You mentioned nuts ... which are very high in fiber, hence, the nice bowel movements. You stated that the average person has significant digestive issues, which correlate with something I just pulled up: Most people in the U.S. aren't consuming nearly enough fiber. The professionals recommend at least 25 grams of fiber per day (I think the recommendations are different for men and women) while most folks, on average, are only consuming around 15 grams of fiber.
