And you can record that performance to a sequence and call it arrangement , so yes the Mpc has more than one arranger .

@donjezza2 жыл бұрын
do you think we'll ever be able to use midi in clips? btw you can hit erase and choose all instead of trying to make sure you select all the notes in grid mode
@billbradleymusic Жыл бұрын
why? Why would you want midi inserted into clips?
@MrCosmicVictory8 ай бұрын
i didnt understand so much about clipmode till today because i had an idea to just have audio drum loops to play when i sample some jazz music. i can have the jazz loop i sampled, playing, and if i had drum loops to test with what i sampled, it can give me more ideas and perspectives. and this clips mode would make that waaaay quicker and easier. now im looking online somewhere to buy drum loops packs, then make them as a clip program. (since i can find clips programs for sale)

You don’t have to delete in the grid mode. Just press erase when stopped and you can delete everything on the track with one button push.

“M’kay, something stupid. It’s not even stupid, what’s stupid is not doing anything at all” This quote hit different, I often hold myself back from creativity in music cos I don’t want to sound dumb but like you said there are no bad beats. Great content for the MPC Keys, I’m trying to make this my dedicated workstation after years in GarageBand and protools, MPC definitely a different look at a DAW from the former DAWs I used but it’s more and more exciting the more I learn

record a clip performance? i mean i can do it on logic but inside the mpc x would be the ticket!

You can record the sequence I did it yesterday I had no idea it could be done this opens up more ways to blend
@gabrock5511 ай бұрын
Is there any way to easily mix the pads each clip is assigned to or do you have to have separate clips for separate tracks so that you're able to mix them properly? I can't seem to find out ways of getting a bassline louder or turn down the kick when they're both on different pads in a single clip group like youre showing. Thanks a ton, cheers!

@PoliPopo2 жыл бұрын
The way I use mine is with ableton link in Standalone, I sync wireless to my cellphone or wireless. This gives me 16 plugins in sync and I record into a mixer to daw. But for now I would press audio and make sure it says in or auto.I will definitely make a video on ASAP 💯
