biggest improvements are for me: less unwanted slidy action on landing. Grinds connect a bit better because more mass is applied to the spline -> do a 5050 or five o across a kinked rail and you stick to the rail better.

fros mod 1.19 has settings like this built into it with sliders and you can adjust the riders mass. Not sure if you’ve tried that or not but it’s pretty valid

this is the best mod that came to the game! feels wayyy better than what it used to be now im playing hours and hours now ! Tricks dont look the same over and over again especially if you have fros mod included, boned mod..etc

No placebo it makes a difference , you can clearly see it doing tricks down handrails . Feels way more smooth and realistic compared to not using it

placebo is one of the most effective clinically studied drvgs. but this mod is _Real_

I feel like it's mostly placebo, like I don't think it makes the game feel more weighty at all and I have 1200 hours in the game. It does definitely have an effect on *some* stuff though. Best way to notice it is trying to grind/slide up rails. It's significantly harder to make it all the way up a rail now. Sliding down a handrail feels like it's pushing you down it faster.

I tried it. I'm not really sure I understand what it does. If you want to add mass and weight to your skater, I just raise the gravity in XXLmod.

What can you do in skater xl that you can’t do in skate 2 ? This is pointless from a casual viewer perspective.

control each foot with each stick. the movements you make with thumbs directly mimics the movement of feet on a real board. in skate 2 you are making arbitrary zig zag movements with only one thumb that in no way correlates to actual skateboarding. real casual style. but i don't skate irl, skater xl is good enough for me!
