You were doing so well, and then included Sketch... it's a quirky place to visit for a cocktail, but its three Michelin* restaurant is the worst of the triples in the UK and really not worth it (I have been to several two and one stars that were better). Otherwise, cool video, and you listed a few of my favourite spots.

Hawksmoor by miles. Unpretentious, great locations and brilliant food. Air St Piccadilly, Sunday roast beef, find a better price and location for a proper roast dinner!

Gross. The first place, Duck and waffle, showed the server finishing the plate with salt with their bare hand. Servers touch so many items, including taking away dirty dishes. They should NEVER touch the actual food. Who is running that place?
