Just finished the video, I love your point abouy eliminating the bast,ard that is color, I, at some point discovered that color really distracts my vision and limits my composition. It made me completely switch to B/W at some point.

Correct. In raw mode, no matter what you see on the back of the camera screen you can change it later.
