Wonderful and very informative video about this place of Japanese architecture surrounded by nature and the history built up over 150 years. Each building has its own distinctive style. Amazing fine cuisine, delicious food to enjoy. The Hot spring soothes both body and mind with its flow and the views of the koi and gardens. Very relaxing video to watch❤

It has a 150-plus year history accumulated by different types of people, not only family members or artists (... I couldn't introduce all of those people in this episode). Now, a new female head of Arai Ryokan, who is smart and hard working, is creating a new page of the inn, leading the inn to a bright future🤞

The Arai Ryokan looked so spacious and beautiful Sachiko-san! It would be the perfect ryokan for me to stay at. And the koi pond looked amazing; I could spend the whole day looking at the koi. I miss the inn's beautiful gardens and the koi ponds, too! In fact, Arai Rykan is not a large-sized inn, but they have different wings surrounding gardens, koi ponds, or the beautiful river, so you can enjoy distinct views from different wings.
