It's the reality of being an owner operator. Can't always go to the shop to fix your equipment. Too expensive and will waste too much time waiting to get in. This is one of the big things that separates those who have what it takes to be an owner-op from the guys and gals who just need to keep their company driving job. (That and money management).

I've heard horror stories about all three. They are all going to eventually fail in one way or another I consider myself very blessed to have no real issues and no repetitive issues. Pick whichever I comfortable for you and that you get a good and reasonable deal on.

I carry electrical kit to splice a wire if I have to and spare lights for the trailer, although I've never had to use them.
