We put a skylight in one bathroom of our new house since it was an inside room with no window. A great way to add natural light however our sons never turned on the fan before taking a shower. We started seeing mold around the edges of the skylight so quickly realized that the fan and light needed to be wired to come on together. A pain at times but moisture problem solved!

Good solution. I’ll be making note for a future interior bath!

Ooh, We are in the middle of a reno and we are doing a tub only in kids bath. However....I'm really hoping to figure out a way to get a tub that miraculously will not require glass (PIA to keep clean), or a tacky shower curtain. I wonder if a drop in can be set far back enough without making it too difficult to climb into to make it happen?🤞🫣 Also.....if you can swing it, wallmount toilets are $$$ but SO eazy for cleaning. And lastly, to my American friends.... Even if the idea of a bidet is just too foreign for your bathroom, having one in the kids bath is invaluable. It totally avoids the laundry nightmares some of our little friends who still struggle with best practices of t.p. usage surprise us with and as long as you don't let them use it as a playground splash pad, you will not regret it!!

We have 5 kids, I am thinking I want the shower and toilet separate from the sink. I'm also thinking about putting laundry in with the sink.

Laundry is dirtier than kids. Put it by itself. THE DUST!
