I've felt like I've been falling apart the past few weeks, what I planned hasn't happened how I intended and I fell back into the cycle of negativity, and self doubt, not to mention old pains had been resurfacing, but this video hereeeee, my goodness it spoke to me, and I forgot that breakdowns lead to breakthroughs, I needed to be reminded.
