Magic Molly is one of my most favorite of the fingerling potatoes. It's hard to improve on a big lunker like Red Pontiac, but Magic Molly is definitely worth growing. I like them for home fries and mashed potatoes. I like to cook those really little ones in a skillet, like hash browns but with their jackets on. Yum! Happy potato eating this fall and winter!

Magic Molly is a good producer. I still grow them, but I find them kind of blah,! Sorry Guten Gardening but Magic Molly just don't do it for me. I just can't get rid of them, not that I want to. Lots of volunteers. Even tiny seeds in the ground can turn into a pretty big potato.
