I agree with your viewers in that there is little noise, no annoying music or someone loving the sound of their own voice. For me personally as an autistic person I find this way of filming a recipe helpful. Its easy to follow and you can see the end results with the ingredients as you go along , meaning I can pause it as often as need be. Thank you.

My Granddaughter loves strawberries and after the long lockdown will be visiting her Nana this week so I will be making her this. @Bel putting the fruits on the top instead of mixing with a dough prevent the cake from being too moist but blueberries shouldn't be an issue

I’ve made this 3 times. I’m going to try pears and skip the lemon this week since it’s winter. We use whole milk kefir since my hubby is lactose intolerant. I use a little less sugar and don’t too with sugar. That’s just my taste. It’s a wonderful cake. It tastes like vanilla even though there is none!

Ya he preparado este pastel muchas veces! Siempre delicioso. No tenía yogur, le puse leche. No tenía 🍓, puse uvas sin pepa, durazno en almíbar, 🍎🍏, incluso tutti frutti. Lo preparé sin fruta o con un poco de fruta y quedo igualmente delicioso. Con fruta es como un kuchen, sin fruta es un queque y puedes poner nueces, almendras, pasas. Solo hay que respetar el peso de los otros ingredientes. Gracias gracias, es una gran receta!!!
