East of the tollway there’s still a lot of land that’s not developed in Frisco

USA national housing price trend seems like this: 1.) The expensive communities become even more expensive! 2.) The cheap places become even cheaper ( Not even mention about national inflation! ).

Over the weekend, less than 1 hour driving , you can drive to a huge texoma lake in Sherman and Denison. There are several parks such as Eisenhow state park which has lots of beautiful rocks, Waterloo Lake Regional Park with sand beach etc.. surrounding lake Texoma. There are also Casino in OK side in very short distance! The combination between Frisco and Sherman/Denison makes your life like in paradise!

US News ranks Frisco ISD high schools very good or excellent! US News ranking is based on test score, not people's feedback! Also, USA/World luxurious city-inside-city "Frisco fields" communities students will feed into Frisco memorial high, Panthercreek high and possible Lone Star high school. So, in the future, these 2 or 3 Frisco north high schools may become even better (excellent ) high schools. Because history has prove that rich, luxurious USA family neighborhoods usually come out excellent schools. ( From other Frisco high schools history can also prove my statement being accurate! ) Also, Frisco ISD's small school (1:14 teacher/students rate ) system is similar to private schools. ( This small school system maybe unique in DFW metro!) By the way, east Frisco's traffic is OK! Without finishing I-380 construction, it is difficult to judge west Frisco's traffic!
