Thank you girly :) Will be adding these to my list. There is some new construction homes south of Dallas but if you go further south some suburbs have new communities there! In and around Lancaster, Hutchins, Duncanville etc!

It's expensive to live here because of all the drifters moving here. I meet so many people who don't have family moving here and then move back because its too expensive to live here. You can't get an apartment unless you make 3x the rent, property taxes are 11k. Mortgage rate is like 4k a month. If you listen to this person and you don't make enough, you will lose thousands of dollars quickly. 💯

Well yes… I’m sure people looking to move into Frisco make sure it’s in their budget some of my clients didn’t want to move to Frisco because they wanted more bang for their buck and weren’t too fond of the amenities then there are folks that can afford to live here and like the atmosphere, schools etc. This is obviously for people who want to know more about the area and maybe considering moving

Buying a house in DFW is crazy right now.. unless, you look at the outskirts like Springtown, Forney, Princeton, Azle, Justin etc.. All these folks from Cali and NY have jacked up real estate prices here with bidding wars offering upwards of $150k over the listing price…in cash! Ask me how I know 😢
@lifeindallastexass8 ай бұрын
A lot of that happened in the summer of 2020 and home prices still haven’t reached that peak again. Hopefully things cool down but we are in a weird environment right now with high rates, low inventory coupled with home affordability issues

@TShawn64Ай бұрын
its safe because it doesnt have gangs and ghettos, no losers, just educated immigrants from hard working foreign nations. Its expensive to live here, very expensive, but its worth it to not live in a gang infested area. I pay $12k property taxes, pay $4000 mortgage and auto insurance for 4 cars is $1100 month with Geico. Even with a clean driving record, because we get a lot of hail here and always a threat of tornados every year in spring.
@mschrimmer63125 күн бұрын
You said what???? It's filled with ghettos and gangs from all the section 8 housing projects they keep building. Crime is through the roof in Frisco. Even my immigrant neighbors are scared they want to move out ASAP.

Everyone is so excited, but realistically who is living in those homes? Not the average American.
@Aggie4life7711 ай бұрын
That may be true, but that only pertains to the residential portion of this! The PGA and other commercial areas will be for everybody and if you have young kids, Universal Kids resort will be perfect for a family outing.
@lifeindallastexass11 ай бұрын
Unfortunately that is true. Average Americans will always get shorter end of the stick and it will get worse with time.
@WiseOwl-111 ай бұрын
Average? I’ve spent plenty of time in North Dallas, those are very “average” homes for the area far north of Dallas. Most of the people that I know live in $1m plus plus plus, for them and their circles of friends, THAT is average. If nobody was buying, then those areas would not be exploding.
@lifeindallastexass11 ай бұрын

Dear Sir, I hope you are well. I researched your KZbin channel. Your channel Video is very good but there are many Gaps in the videos. 1. Video SEO isn't done. 2. Videos don't have to add End screens. 3. Videos don't have Rank Tag. 4. Video Views and subscribers are very low. If you do the above tasks correctly and upload your videos, then your channel will grow much more than the current time. I can help you If you want. Thank you

hmmm there's really not much to do there if you have to repeat the same thing over and over 😂 why don't you be more honest what to expect like the taxes after owning the house a few years and the heat, mosquitoes,allergies,weather, the traffic period is insane ect.. all of you real-estate KZbin host never mentón the real deal, reality some even use Religion to sale like they say money is the root for deceiving.
@lifeindallastexass10 ай бұрын
I talk about that in my pros and cons videos and also my moving to DFW videos where I go into debt about the allergies, weather, traffic and bugs I don’t want to repeat those cons for every suburb so I just put that in my overall moving to Dallas videos
